INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We offer a flat rate of $40 AUD for standard international shipping ( 7 - 21 business days)
  • We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $500 AUD

Orders are packed every 2-3 days. Shipping Domestically in Australia is a standard delivery of 2-5 business days, if you are in a rural areas please allow an extra 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 24 hrs for the order to be processed prior to sending.

For orders to countries outside of Australia, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

OnePeace do not refund duties and taxes paid should you wish to return an item. Residents from countries outside of Australia can contact their local customs office to obtain a tax refund. Orders to Australia with a value over $1,000 AUD will be liable for duties and taxes, for an estimate on these charges please contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

We accept returns but please be mindful that there is a cost and impact to our planet.

We want your new OnePeace to light you up and be loved forever, so if it’s not quite right, we are here to help.

We do not accept exchanges.

However returns are available on all full priced items. All items must be in original condition with all tags and attached in original packaging. Garments must not be worn or washed.

 

HOW TO RETURN

If your returns meet the above criteria, please follow the below steps to lodge your return:

Once reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to process your return.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any received thereafter may be declined for refund. Your full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving. OnePeace is not responsible for return shipping costs or any lost in transit returns. Please include tracking and insurance to ensure your item is safe.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All sale Items or items purchased using discount code as part of sale are not eligible for Return.

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS

All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached. All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and will be returned back to the customer.

Returns are to be sent within 14 days of delivery

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team. OnePeace cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend sending your item/s back using a service that offers tracking.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Our team do ensure all items are subject to a quality control prior to dispatch.

Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
